Every week in London, 300 people get a Section 21 Notice, as real estate expert Nick Millican comments. This is also referred to as a no-fault eviction notice. Landlords have the right to put someone out of their home for any reason that they deem fit.
Precious Adesina stated that no-fault eviction was something that she never thought would happen to her. She moved into her home in 2022, as Nick Millican recalls. She had spent 10 years moving from place to place and was looking to find a place to call home. Precious had many issues with the home and stated that her landlord was basically useless.
The landlord did not get things fixed when she asked them to. Precious’s rent also increased. One day, Precious came home and said that she had a Section 21 notice on her door. She isn’t the only one who has been a victim of a no-fault eviction as Nick Millican adds.
No-fault evictions are increasing in London. Precious had never heard of anyone being evicted for no reason. She has no choice but to find a new place to live within the next two months (Bmmagazine).
Because she has no children, she is considering moving to a new country. Renting can be a problem for some people. That is why many people turn to Nick Millican to help them find the home of their dreams.
